This is the newest cemetery in Peterhead and was commissioned in the early 1990s. All new lairs are allocated here. The existing area is already filling quite rapidly and an extension is being planned. The cemetery is not obvious from the main road. The access road lies between the Fire Station and Robert Mackie's Funeral Hall on Windmill Road. Once you turn onto Grange Road, take the first right up the hill. There is a car park outside the cemetery which will usually have plenty of available parking spaces unless there is a funeral taking place at Robert Mackie's when parking becomes extremely difficult. |
